We have full restrooms/showers facilities and a huge laundry room. All our streets are paved and extra wide for easy maneuvering of the largest rigs. We have spaces for all types of RVs: Travel Trailers, Class "A" and "C" motorhomes, and 5th wheels including slideouts. One of the resorts many features is the generous size of all our RV spaces (approx. 45 feet wide by 75 feet in length). Each space includes a large cement patio and private mailbox.

Our weekly rate is less than $18.00 a night plus electric. All the rates listed above include water, sewer, and garbage; and there is no additional tax. The rates are based on a two person occupancy. Primary resident must be 55+ and the second resident must be 50+. *electric extra - pay at office **electric extra - pay directly to the electric company *** electric extra - pay either directly to the electric company or office depending on the space. If you plan to stay 3 months or more please call or e-mail our office to make arrangements to have the power and/or phone turned on prior to your arrival. We accept Traveler's Checks, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Sorry, but we are unable to accept credit cards. We are trying to keep our costs down so that we can pass the savings on to you. We are accepting reservations on a first come first served basis. RVs are limited to a maximum stay of 6 months.
